In this pivotal position, you'll lead and mentor the Graphics team while also assisting in recruitment for Graphics Programmers. Your expertise in managing code reviews, documentation, and collaborating with other programming leads will be key to our projects' success. You will also maintain and extend our proprietary engine across multiple platforms and ensure high-quality code performance for state-of-the-art gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach the Graphics team

• Manage code reviews and documentation across projects

• Collaborate with other programming leads at Larian Studios

• Debug and optimize code for quality and performance

• Assist in maintaining our proprietary engine on multiple platforms

Requirements:

• Demonstrable lead or management experience

• Extensive experience in game programming

• Proficient in C++ and graphics APIs

• Strong mentoring and coaching skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English
