As part of the Data & Audience Platform team, this senior-level position involves a high degree of ownership and cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

You'll work with first-party viewer signals to build ML systems that enhance personalization and advertising yield across iconic brands like HBO Max and CNN. Key responsibilities encompass designing scalable ML systems, optimizing model training, and serving as a technical anchor among your peers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of production ML systems

• Own flagship ML products and drive their technical direction

• Document architectural decisions with trade-off analyses

• Design feature and inference pipelines on Databricks

• Establish patterns that can be evangelized across teams
Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience (3+ with PhD)

• Strong autonomy in ML system design

• Proficient in Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS

• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Experience in production data pipelines and architectures
