As a Lead Graphics Programmer, you will guide our talented Graphics team, mentoring and assisting in the recruitment of new talent. Your expertise will be crucial in managing code reviews and documenting features. You’ll work closely with other programming leads at Larian, ensuring our proprietary engine thrives across multiple platforms while maintaining high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coach the Graphics team

• Manage code reviews and feature documentation

• Collaborate with other programming leads

• Optimize code and troubleshoot performance issues

• Develop software that meets project and quality standards
Requirements:

• Proven leadership or management experience

• Extensive game programming knowledge

• Strong mentoring and coaching skills

• Familiarity with DirectX 12 and Vulkan APIs

• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
