In this senior role, you will work hand-in-hand with both customers and internal teams to refine requirements and shape effective solutions. The focus is on creating tangible prototypes that enhance product capabilities and accelerate readiness for production, all while maintaining a close collaboration with Technical Engagement Managers and Technical Success Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disambiguate customer needs to formulate clear use cases

• Build technical prototypes from approved architectures

• Translate requirements into testable, functional solutions

• Validate performance and scalability through experimentation

• Generate reusable solutions and share insights across teams
Requirements:

• 7+ years in software engineering or system integration

• Proficiency in prototyping APIs and data pipelines

• Experience in high-impact, ambiguous environments

• Strong problem-solving skills with an experimentation mindset

• Effective collaboration in technical roles with customers
