Development Infrastructure Programmer Analyst

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

• Take charge of support requests and contribute to the resolution of incidents and problems
• Act as a dispatcher in the claims management process
• Configure, maintain and evolve development infrastructures
• Develop, program, deploy and upgrade common tools and modules
• Perform unit, functional and integrated testing
• Ensure the maintenance and evolution of software and software packages related to development infrastructures
• Produce, update and maintain technical documentation
• Install, certify and support common tools and modules in different environments
• Accompany users and provide the necessary support to maintain the expected levels of service
• Leverage expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization
• Carry out operational requests related to the position, including occasional support outside of normal working hours
• Perform any other activities required for the project

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst-programmer, including at least three (3) years in the last five (5) years;
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a development support role;
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience with C# and/or ;
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in server component development (backend);
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Azure Dev Ops;
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with one or more of the following technologies:
  Power Shell, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, Biz Talk or YAML.
