Esri is seeking a Lead Android Developer with at least five years of software development experience. This role involves collaborating with designers and fellow developers to craft state-of-the-art applications. You’ll tackle real-world user requirements while solving complex design and development challenges in areas such as mapping and data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build cutting-edge Android applications from design to architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for app development
• Analyze user requirements for effective solution design
• Develop software for mapping, data collection, and navigation
• Act as an Android advocate at conferences and internally
Requirements:
• 5+ years in commercial software development
• Strong Kotlin programming and OOP design skills
• Successful submissions to Android app stores
• Experience with GIS and RESTful web services
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or engineering
