Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• Six years of related Service Now development experience
• Strong JavaScript knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in ITSM processes and Service Now configurations
• Demonstrated commitment to development standards and documentation
