Join Affirm as a Lead Frontend Engineer to shape high-traffic web experiences. This remote role focuses on architecture, marketing APIs, and client-side integrations.
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Marketing & Privacy Engineering team, you will own architectural evolution and work closely with Product and Analytics to create reliable web experiences. Your expertise in React or Vue, combined with strong skills in Java script/Typescript, will be critical for project delivery and cross-functional collaboration. Design reliable consumer systems while addressing consent, data collection, and observability in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineers through complex problem-solving and goal delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the product development lifecycle
• Identify and advocate for project and technology improvements
• Monitor team metrics and ensure operational availability
• Foster a culture of quality through code reviews and tech talks
Requirements:
• 4+ years developing web applications using React or Vue
• Proficiency in Java script and Typescript
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and web integrations
• Strong understanding of consent and measurement architecture
• Excellent communication skills for global collaboration
