Ontario High School, in Ontario Oregon is accepting applications for Head Football Coach.
The Ontario High School Athletic Department follows the 3D Coaching Model. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a program committed to developing student athletes through character, accountability, and competitive excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and a passion for mentoring student athletes. Experience as a head coach, collaboration with staff, and community engagement is preferred.
CertificationsRequired
- OSAA Beyond the Scoreboard or NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
- NFHS Anabolic Steroids & Performance Enhancing Substances
- NFHS Concussion in Sports
- NFHS Heat Illness prevention
- OSAA Interrupting Discriminatory Acts
- OSAA Football courses – Tackling / Player Safety certification
