This position assists with a variety of clerical, administrative, and customer service tasks, in addition to other responsibilities, as part of the fast‑paced day‑to‑day operations of a service center.

The position involves regular communication with customers and ABF Freight management to ensure punctual handling and delivery of goods as well as complete customer satisfaction.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Good data entry and administrative skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Must be organized, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Must manage time effectively and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to work evenings and as required.
• Experience in invoicing, collections, tracing, digital capture and OS&D preferred.
• Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) preferred.

• Usually Monday to Friday, day and evening shifts.
• Must be willing to work evenings and as required.
