Position: Day Dispatcher
Location: DonnaconaTasks
Assign trips to drivers based on orders and priorities.Support drivers in performing their duties.Answer calls and emails from clients and drivers.Keep the dispatching system up to date.Ensure excellent customer service.Collaborate with the garage for equipment maintenance and repairs.Supervise and coordinate operations in the evening.Perform all other related tasks.If you’re ready to take on new challenges, we want to meet you!Advantages

1 to 3 years of experience in dispatching (transportation).Good knowledge of road transportation, especially the Highway Safety Code (Loi 430).Excellent geographical knowledge of Quebec.Proficiency with computer tools and dispatching software.Intermediate level of English (about 5% of the time, for some English-speaking drivers).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
