Our client, a leading company in the transportation of petroleum products sector, is looking for a dynamic and experienced dispatcher to join its team in Montreal-East. If you are passionate about logistics, have a keen sense of inventory management and coordination of deliveries, this position is for you. You will have the chance to play a key role in optimizing transport operations and ensuring impeccable service at gas stations.

Advantages
- Sunday to Wednesday schedule. 7am to 5pm (MAX) sometimes finish earlier
- Salary ranging between 60k to 75k + yearly bonus

Responsibilities
- Forecast and manage the stocks of gas stations to optimize deliveries.
- Plan and assign drivers' daily trips.
- Ensure compliance of deliveries with safety standards and regulations.
- Proactively communicate with drivers and customers.
- Ensure the real-time monitoring of deliveries and resolve unforeseen events.
- Optimize routes to maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experience in dispatch or transport logistics.
- Strong inventory management and planning skills.
- Mastery of computer tools, including dispatch systems (ERP).
- Sense of organization and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactivity and autonomy to manage daily challenges.
- Fluent French is required, 80% of clients are French
