Fed Ex seeks Dedicated Delivery Drivers to manage timely deliveries on designated routes. You will need a valid Class 5 driver's license, and customer service experience is advantageous. Your key tasks will include loading/unloading the vehicle, reviewing deliveries, and engaging with clients positively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages to customers on scheduled routes
• Review orders and prepare for delivery
• Load and unload packages from your vehicle
• Provide excellent customer engagement at each delivery
• Adjust to flexible working hours based on demand
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Must hold a Class 5 driver's license
• Bilingual skills in French and English if in Quebec
• Ability to lift 70 pounds
• Experience in customer service preferred
