Join The Brick as a Furniture and Appliance Delivery Driver Helper. This physically engaging role prioritizes customer service while providing essential support to delivery operations.
As part of The Brick’s fleet team, you will assist the Delivery Driver in managing delivery routes and schedules. Your day will consist of inspecting and loading products, carrying them into customers' homes, and assembling items on-site. A strong focus on accurate documentation and effective customer service will ensure customer satisfaction during every delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Delivery Driver with route planning and scheduling
• Inspect, load, and organize delivered products
• Perform physical lifting of merchandise into homes
• Document and track delivery statuses accurately
• Offer in-home customer service and product assembly
Requirements:
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Excellent communications and organization abilities
• Flexible schedule for evening and weekend shifts
