Become a key brand ambassador as a Delivery Driver with FIKA Company in Scarborough, Ontario. Ensure customer satisfaction through safe and timely deliveries while maintaining professional standards in every interaction.
The role includes delivering orders accurately from our retail locations to customers. You will also support in-store operations during downtimes, assisting with inventory and guest service as needed. Dependability, clear communication, and a professional demeanor are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely to customers
• Complete deliveries while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with laws
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract
• Insured vehicle for business use
• Weekend availability between 11am-9pm
• Tech-savvy for delivery applications
• Minimum 6 months in delivery or logistics
