As a Dispatcher, you will liaise with the Traffic Department and manage flight operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your duties include developing operational flight plans, performing safety briefings, and monitoring weather conditions to maximize the safety of flights. You'll also coordinate with airport handling and support irregular operations, all while maintaining clear communication with pilots and your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Traffic Department for load management

• Maintain dispatch standard operating procedures

• Perform Operational Flight Watch and assess conditions

• Develop and authorize Operational Flight Plans

• Initiate airport handling to offline airports

Requirements:

• Quick thinking and sound judgment skills

• Ability to perform under pressure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Currently hold a Type B dispatch license or related certification
