As a Pickup Driver, you will collect donated items from our community, ensuring they are delivered safely to our partners. With this part-time role, you will develop efficient routes, ensure compliance with regulations, and positively represent our organization. Your work directly contributes to raising funds for crucial diabetes programs while promoting sustainability in your area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive to collect donations following established routes
• Conduct thorough inspections of your vehicle
• Maintain accurate logs and complete paperwork daily
• Communicate with dispatch and provide donor feedback
• Unload merchandise as needed and return equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• At least 5 years of professional driving experience
• Valid Class 5 or higher driver's license
• Clean driver abstract from the last 21 days
• Ability to carry loads of 10-50 lbs
