Fed Ex is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to ensure timely deliveries on specific routes. This position requires a valid Class 5 driver’s license and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for loading and unloading packages, managing customer interactions, and providing service that meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review orders before package delivery

• Load and unload vehicle efficiently

• Deliver packages to predetermined customers

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Maintain a clean driving record and complete assessments

Requirements:

• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

• Bilingual in French and English if located in Quebec

• Minimum one year of customer-oriented experience recommended
