Non-Ferrous Receiver at AIM Recycling

Join AIM Recycling as a Non-Ferrous Receiver at our Vanier site. Engage with customers, assist operations, and enjoy a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a dedicated Labourer for the Non-Ferrous Receiver role to support our operations at AIM Recycling. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and be comfortable with various tasks, including customer interaction and equipment operation. This permanent, full-time position offers growth opportunities within a responsible, community-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close daily operations at the facility

• Welcome customers and inform them of metal prices

• Process payments and manage phone inquiries

• Prepare shipping documents and balance cash registers

• Participate in unloading, sorting, and weighing metals

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence

• Knowledge of metal recycling is an asset

• Experience operating a forklift is a plus

• Ability to perform outdoors in all temperatures
