Logistics Clerk ​/Yard

• Provide administrative support to logistics and fleet operations (yard, warehouse, receiving/shipping, garage) and ensure proper tracking of all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle, move, load, and unload products, materials, tools, and equipment manually or using handling devices.
• Count, inspect, sort, and prepare orders, and participate in inventory activities.
• Enter inventory data into systems (Office 365, Service Now) and prepare required documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL) and hazardous materials documents when applicable.
• Organize and store materials efficiently, validate returned goods, and transmit necessary information to update systems.
• Maintain certain tools and equipment and perform local errands when required.

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software;
• Demonstrate adaptability and autonomy;
• Show a positive and engaged attitude;
• Be detail-oriented and rigorous.
