Join Toromont Cat as a Parts Supervisor, managing warehouse functions in a safe, efficient environment. Oversee inventory management, operations, and team dynamics while working remotely.
This full-time, permanent role requires a college diploma in Business and 5-7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory position. You will lead by ensuring clean operations, conducting inspections, and addressing customer concerns promptly. Your organization and detail-oriented approach will be vital in thriving within our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily warehouse operations and stock order processes
• Conduct inspections on lift trucks and delivery vehicles
• Address internal and external customer concerns effectively
• Assist with picking, packing, and shipping when necessary
• Plan and hire resources to meet department demands
Requirements:
• College diploma in Business
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience with 3 years in supervision
• Strong inventory management skills
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License
• Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices
