Schedule:

Monday: 7:30am-4pm, Tuesday: 8:30am-6pm, Wednesday: 7:30am-1pm, Thursday: 9:30am-7pm, Friday: 7:30am-4pm

• Greet patients and provide education throughout treatment
• Review patient health history for quality care
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of procedures
• Use Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping
• Prepare treatment room adhering to safety protocols and OSHA & CDC recommendations
• Manage supply and inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Partner with providers and the team to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize office workflow

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment
• Arizona X‑ray certification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• 4+ years of experience in a dental setting
• Dentrix or other dental software experience

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year
• TB test required for all new hires; completed prior to starting employment
