Job Summary: We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team as a Process Engineer. In this supporting role, you will assist experienced engineers in optimizing manufacturing processes for electrode production. This is an opportunity to develop your engineering skills while contributing to process improvement, quality assurance, and data-driven manufacturing initiatives.

• Participate in routine trials and experiments involving new materials, equipment, or process changes, ensuring accurate execution and documentation of results.
• Track and report key process metrics such as yield, OEE, and downtime; document non-conformance issues and corrective actions.
• Support data collection and conduct basic analysis for process optimization and improvement projects, including design of experiments (DOE).
• Work alongside senior engineers to implement process updates, maintain SOPs and checklists, support 4M change verifications, and help train operators on new procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar problem‑solving methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CAD, Minitab, or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a plant/production environment.
• Must be able to use PPE and adhere to safety procedures.
• Must be able to perform the following:
  • Push/pull up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Stoop, twist, bend
  • Reach overhead
  • Stand for lengthy periods
• Ability to work occasional off‑shift or weekend work as needed for trials or support.
