Production Engineer
Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $/yr
Insight Global is looking for a Production Engineer to join a growing team in the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. This role involves performing engineering activities focused on improving Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics, while regularly reporting performance and implementing improvement plans. Responsibilities include addressing quality issues promptly, analyzing production data to identify and resolve recurring problems, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maintain equipment and prevent downtime, and updating standard documentation while recording lessons learned to ensure continuous process improvement and risk mitigation.

Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering for a production environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot at the equipment level.

- Advanced Manufacturing or Semiconductor equipment experience.
