Base Pay: $20‑$28 per hour

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency

• RBT certification from BACB (required)
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (required)
• Experience with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (required)
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow instructions
• Passion for working with clients who have developmental and social challenges
