4 10s (Monday - Thursday) 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do- Build, refurbish, rebuild, and repair circuit breakers, contractors, grounding devices, and other switch gear
- Test equipment per IEEE/ANSI and company standards using tools such as Megger, Hi-Pot, multimeter, and injection sets
- Perform electrical and mechanical upgrades on customer equipment (e.g., control voltage changes, current rating upgrades, under‑voltage or second‑trip device installation)
- Provide remote technical support for internal teams and external customers
- Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
- Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role with low/medium voltage breakers (480V to 25kV)
- Proficiency with hand tools, mechanical systems, and electrical test equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, safety standards, and industrial applications
- PEARL certification a plus
- Excellent problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with shop and field environments, potentially including travel
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to safety and quality standards
