The Cleaner/Spotter of an environmentally friendly Lapels Plant is responsible for ensuring overall production quality and profitability of garment cleaning. The role requires a minimum of three years of industry experience, a deep understanding of dry cleaning plant operations, and an openness to Lapels' program and production systems.

• Professional spotting – recognize stain types and perform pre‑spotting or post‑spotting as appropriate.
• Run dry cleaning loads.
• Finish garments.
• Oversee finishers and pressers to ensure quality work at profitable production levels.
• Control overall work flow.
• Sort garments to proper stations throughout the plant.

• Experience in a fast‑paced, farming, industrial, or manufacturing labor environment.

• Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to physically manipulate pressing equipment.
• Pressing experience preferred but not required; must be 18 or older.
