RN - ICU

Provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Continuously assesses and monitors patients, manages complex treatments and therapies, and collaborates with the healthcare team to provide safe, effective critical care.

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Previous ICU or critical care nursing experience (Preferred)

• Current RN license in state of practice (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required)
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification (Preferred)

• Performs comprehensive assessments and continuously monitors critically ill patients.
• Administers medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments as ordered.
• Monitors cardiac rhythms, vital signs, ventilator support, and other critical care parameters.
• Recognizes and responds promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Provides patient and family education and emotional support throughout the care process.
• Documents assessments, interventions, treatments, and patient response in the medical record.
