• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Ensure crews and managers deliver great customer experience; promote sales promotions; train service staff; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Deliver great quality food to customers, fast; keep food safe; control food cost; train kitchen staff in production procedures; handle menu additions.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule to meet sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate crew throughout their time at the restaurant.

• Quick‑service restaurant management experience required.
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within McDonald’s, another restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules; passionate about fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours. Able to lift up to 25 pounds. Frequent bending, twisting and lifting.
