Overview

• Cook / Kitchen responsibilities include: prepare all the classics to order, including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries and much more.
• Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces and other items by following provided recipes and upholding commitments to quality and sanitation.
• Be part of the show, maintain a clean and organized station, and work as a team to serve others (team members and guests).
• Work with a sense of urgency to manage long lines and ensure timely service.
• Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout the shift.
