• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare food items according to Five Guys standards and specifications.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized during and after service.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Accurately handle cash and process transactions responsibly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.

Total Average starting wage - $17.45/hour

Starting Hourly Pay - $15.15/hour

Average Tips Per Hour- $2.00/Hour

Average Mystery Shopper Bonus - $0.30/Hour
