Eat up strong, upbeat energy as a Fitness Counselor with EōS Fitness in Queen Creek, AZ. Our core purpose is to create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Connect with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Handle member engagement and membership sales, including services, products, and programs.
• Support member billing, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Maintain equipment, safety, and a clean, friendly club environment.

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service mentality, and team player attitude.
• Extremely organized, able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with technology, quick focus, phone etiquette, and good math ability.
• Must be 20 hours a week, available every Thursday, and at least one weekend day.

Must successfully pass a background check.

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual – services, products, programs)
• Membership Billing
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.)

Hourly position. Potential annual earnings: $32,000 – $62,000 USD. Includes variable income opportunities such as commission and tenure pay.
