We are seeking a solution‑oriented, customer‑focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. The technician will provide on‑site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each customer assigned, following proven methods, handling chemicals safely, following protocols, and sharing lessons learned with the team.

• Manage a swimming pool route, cleaning pools each week.
• Stock and adjust chemicals on the truck to maintain water chemistry each week.
• Utilize the Pool Ops mobile platform smartphone.
• Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those to the office.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Personal truck may be required for the probationary period or as a contract technician.
• High school degree and Certified Pool Operator License preferred.

Potential to earn an annual bonus based on meeting specific gross revenue goals.

• Company truck may be provided and stocked with tools and chemicals.
• Paid vacation time after a qualifying period.
• Partial paid health benefits after probationary period.

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
