Primary Care or Occupational Medicine Provider needed on a full-time basis for growing primary care, injury, and pain medicine practice. Any physician with experience in workers' compensation can enjoy this Monday-Friday role with no call, evening, or weekends required! The physician will work at Queens airport providing physicals and injury assessments of employees. No on-call responsibilities, standard business hours, and flexible scheduling (9-5 or 10-6). Conduct primary care evaluations, general health assessments, and mental health assessments for patients in the disability and workers' compensation programs. Evaluate patients with short-term injuries or chronic conditions to determine their ability to work and overall mental well-being.

Assess mental health status, identifying conditions such as depression and anxiety, and monitor for red flags related to prescription management. Diagnose medical conditions, manage chronic health issues, and coordinate care by referring most Medicaid long-term cases to external providers.
