C. Penney - [Retail Associate / Team Member] As an Omni Associate at J.
C. Penney, you'll:
Monitor the Enterprise Fulfillment systems application, pick merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion in the system;
Accurately pack orders in accordance with packaging requirements and timelines;
Complete all Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in;
Partner with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store and/or take personal action to replenish products from inventory.
