Location: South Queensferry
NHS National Services Scotland is recruiting for both full-time and part-time Emergency Call Handlers for the Ambulance Control Centre in East ACC:
Edinburgh. The role is crucial in providing life-saving advice and managing emergency calls. Successful candidates will require effective communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a typing proficiency.
Training is provided, and the work includes unsocial hours with a focus on flexibility to cover annual leave and service demands. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
