• Reviewingreportsandformaldocumentationtoensurefair,consistentandlegallycompliantoutcomes.
• Coachingmanagerstoimprovetheirconfidenceinhandlingpeoplematters.
• Managing Rightto Workprocessesandensuringcompliancewithemploymentlegislation .
• Keepingaccuratecaserecordsandensuringcasesprogressefficiently.
• Workingcloselywithcolleaguestodeliveraconsistent,high-qualityHRadvisoryserviceacrossthebusiness.

You'llalreadyhaveexperiencemanagingcomplexemployeerelationscasesandbeconfidentadvisingmanagersatalllevels.
