As General Manager of Scotts South Queensferry, you will take full ownership of the venue, leading with energy, inspiring your team, and delivering the outstanding service that makes Scotts a standout name in Scottish hospitality.

• Lead, motivate and develop a large, multi‑skilled team across all operations
• Ensure exceptional standards in service, food, safety and compliance are met
• Drive commercial performance, efficiency and long‑term growth
• Build a positive, inclusive and high‑performing team culture
• Uphold the Guest Experience through every interaction, ensuring consistency and quality at every touchpoint
