Entry Rate
: $21.65 per hour

This position keeps process equipment running and producing efficiently while at the same time creating a product to meet product specifications.

• Operate all mill systems to include all associated equipment and controls.
• Identify, troubleshoot and correct problems with the mill systems.
• Collect and prepare samples for the QC lab, if needed.
• Perform QC duties and basic tests.
• Blow out equipment filters and lubricate as needed.
• Operate Gleason shredders, conveying systems and dust collectors.
• Maintain silo levels to allow for continuous operations of all loading areas.
• Know and maintain product specifications.
• Operate forklift, as needed.
• Perform housekeeping around work area.
• Conduct pre‑operational checks on equipment at the beginning of each shift.
• Adhere to all QMS procedures and documentation as applicable to position and department, and as required by ISO.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or GED.
• Effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong moral and ethical standards.
• Ability to work individually and in a team atmosphere.
• Must be able to operate forklift, requires good eye‑hand coordination and smooth, simultaneous hand and foot control.
• General working knowledge of MSHA safety requirements.

• High School Diploma
• GED

Entry Rate: $21.65 per hour. U.S. Market‑Based Salary Range: $21.65 – $24.60.

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit‑sharing payout.
