• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes promptly.
• Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers.
