Key Responsibilities Include- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth unit workflow.
- Support, mentor, and develop bedside nursing staff.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess needs and develop care plans.
- Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications and provide nursing care while maintaining regulatory and protocol compliance.
- Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Drive quality initiatives and support staff education and continuous learning.
- Model a culture of compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.
RN licensure, strong clinical judgment for step-down/IMCU patients, leadership and coaching abilities, effective communication and collaboration, and commitment to patient safety and quality care.
