- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff
- Support patient outcomes through effective clinical leadership

- Strong clinical judgment and leadership capability in emergency care

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
- Experience mentoring or developing staff preferred
