Coordinate and oversee patient care activities in a fast-paced Emergency Room, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practice. Support and guide clinical nursing staff by supervising nursing workflows, mentoring team members, and promoting patient safety and satisfaction. Assist with staffing and scheduling needs as required.
