ResponsibilitiesJoin
13 Family Medicine Physicians, 6 Internal Medicine Physicians, and 6 Advance Practice Providers.
Choose outpatient or traditional if desired.
See patients 18 years and up primarily since we have a robust pediatric practice.
Office hours are flexible and can be designed to meet personal and professional needs.
Average 18-20 patients on a full day.
Call schedule depends on practice type, triaged first and not onerous.

1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside

$2,500 CME allowance, plus paid licensure and certification renewals
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $280,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000.
