** As a Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals, families, and couples, utilizing evidence-based interventions to foster coping skills, enhance relationships, and support overall well-being.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Provide individual, group, family, and other practical counseling tailored to client needs and treatment goals.
* Complete intake, screening, and comprehensive assessment processes within designated time frames as required by state regulatory, accreditation, and agency standards.
* Diagnose and document client conditions based on thorough assessments.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with standards, demonstrating evolution based on ongoing assessments.
* Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, offering insights and feedback.
* Meet department-specific Collaborative Service Goal (CSG) requirements.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved and supported with required information.
* Document all services provided in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with standards and treatment plans.
* Address and correct any file or charting deficiencies promptly.
* Assist clients through transition processes and complete necessary correspondence, including summaries and plans.
* Complete all mandatory training in alignment with regulatory and agency standards.
* Represent the agency professionally within the community.
* Handle crisis situations and participate in emergency services as needed.
* Provide supervision to trainees once all professional requirements are met.
* Facilitate specialized services, including trauma and co-occurring therapy.
* Offer clinical consultation and training on evidence-based practices and clinical issues.
* Demonstrate commitment to the organization’s long- and short-term goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
** Education and/or Experience
Qualifications:
*** Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
* Current licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the practicing state, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
* Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
* Comfortable and willing to provide telehealth services (training provided).
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Expertise in diagnostic criteria for mental health and substance use disorders.
* In-depth knowledge of caseload management, rehabilitation methods, and relevant legal requirements.
* Familiarity with supervisory and training techniques in a treatment setting.
