AboutThe Role
Quincy Medical Group is looking for a dedicated Patient Service Representative to assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance claims, and payment arrangements. They provide friendly customer service, greet patients, answer phone calls, process insurance forms, and handle account concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist patients with financial needs in a professional, compassionate manner.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Answer and make calls to patients and insurance companies regarding billing, payments, and claims.
- Greet patients warmly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Assist patients with insurance questions, billing issues, and payment arrangements.
- Process insurance claims, payment forms, and financial documents.
- Review and update patient account information, including follow-up notes and hospital data.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Six to twelve months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
