Overview
OUTPATIENT CLIN THERAPIST-M-L at Blessing Health. This position provides clinical therapy services to individuals, families, and/or groups in the outpatient clinic and performs on-call duties for intake and screenings, serving one or more age populations from child through geriatric with consideration of functional/developmental age.
The role supports the Mission of Blessing Hospital and aligns with the organization’s Core Values, Performance Improvement Process, and Patient Safety Plan.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical therapy services to individuals, families, and/or groups in the outpatient clinic.
- Perform on-call duties for intake and screenings.
- Address the needs of clients across age ranges, applying developmentally appropriate approaches.
- LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in individual, family, or marital therapy.
- Independent clinical skills to provide individual/family/marital sessions.

- Possess current, appropriate Illinois license.
- Pay Rate: $30.78 - $46.17, Based on Relevant Experience.
- THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS WITH AN ACTIVE LCSW.
