Perform all tasks related to the HR recruitment function, including advertising, screening applications, interviewing, testing, background screening and reference checking, and scheduling post‑offer pre‑employment physicals and work screens. Track and monitor recruitment statistics. Communicate with employment agencies regarding recruitment needs. Assist with training for new hires.
Hours: 8:00a.m.
-4:30p.m. Monday-Friday. Additional as Needed – Job Fairs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management preferred or prior work or internship experience in the human resources field required.
- Must have thorough knowledge of computers and various software programs, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Business acumen important to work with managers, understand various jobs and work processes when filling jobs.
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with co‑workers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem solving, initiative, and independence.
- The ability to be flexible, to be fair, and to function under pressure.
- Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.

Wage:
Starting from $19.00-$23.50 per hour.
