As Administrative Agent for the Program, Vital Check Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide the following Services to one or more clients of the Program. A Nurse Practitioner with dermatology experience to provide skin cancer screenings and general dermatological evaluations onsite at a private business in Springfield, IL. Vital Check manages administrative logistics and facilitates scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting. Vital Check does not provide medical care and does not control clinical decision‑making.
- Provide skin checks, skin cancer screenings and small procedures (as needed).
- Consult with patients to understand their dermatological health concerns.
- Advise/ refer patients for follow-up care.
- Provide telemedicine services for follow-ups (as needed).
- Active clean Nurse Practitioner license to practice in Illinois.
- Active BLS/ACLS certification required.
- Advanced practice certification in dermatology (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct dermatology experience following post graduate training.
- A collaborating physician is necessary unless state requirements for independent/autonomous practice are met.
- Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Patient education driven.
- Personal laptop or tablet required.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Springfield, IL.

As Administrative Agent for the Program, Vital Check provides both Program clients and healthcare providers access to its proprietary technology, know-how, processes and techniques, and other administrative services including managing administrative logistics, facilitating scheduling, and collecting and processing payments.
