Overview

• Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medication-assisted treatment and drug-free treatment programming.
• Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
• Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
• Must be available to travel if needed.

2-3 weekdays (6:15 am–2:45 pm) with rotating Saturdays (7:15 am–10:00 am).

• DCFS clearance required.
• Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a drug-free environment (including THC and/or CBD).
• Licensed Practical Nurse registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR (required).

At least two years’ experience in a hospital or agency setting (preferred).

L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR (required).
